This policy explains what information Jeffery R. Menard and Joseph C. LaCosta ("we") collect through socalbkrelief.com, how we use it, and your choices. We are independent attorneys who work together. We are not a law firm and are not partners.
Information we collect
This website has no contact forms, accounts, or sign-ups, and it does not collect personal information from you. If you call or email us, we receive only what you choose to tell us, such as your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your situation.
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to run and protect the site.
Outside services
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers to download the fonts, which shares your IP address with Google. The website does not use advertising trackers, tracking pixels, analytics, chat widgets, or session-recording tools. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us only to respond to you and to set up a consultation. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because this website does not track visitors across other websites, there is nothing to turn off. We treat every visitor the same way whether or not the signal is on.
Reviewing or changing your information

No attorney-client relationship
Calling or emailing us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential information until an attorney has agreed to represent you.
